Hot Toys Reveals Life-Size, Poseable Baby Yoda Figure

The breakout star of The Mandalorian was undoubtedly the Child, or "Baby Yoda" as Star Wars fans and the show's writers came to dub him. Now, fans can get ready to welcome home a Baby Yoda of their very own.

Hot Toys posted several photos of their figure of the Child, which has several points of articulation and comes complete with accessories.

The hyper-articulated collectible figure stands at approximately 36 cm tall, and comes with two pairs of interchangeable ears, the silver knob from the Razorcrest's console that doubles as his favorite toy, Din Djarin's Mythosaur emblem necklace and a variety of interchangeable hands to pose or hold items.

The Child made its first appearance in the pilot of The Mandalorian, as the Mandalorian and the bounty hunter droid IG-11 sought to bring it in for a reward. When confronted with the fact that his target was a child, the Mandalorian shot IG-11 in the head and took the Child under his protection. Although he initially tried to give him up, he later had a change of heart and ended up storming his former client's base and taking the Child back in Episode 3. The rest of the first season focused on the Mandalorian trying to keep the Child safe, and being tasked with returning him to his homeworld in the Season 1 finale.

The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito and Emily Swallow. Season 1 is streaming now on Disney+, with Season 2 slated to premiere this October.
